A bit about Ben

Howdy guys, my name’s Ben and I love to play basketball and have fun paint balling. I love the country and the heat, I also enjoy being outside and living life to the fullest and enjoying every bit of it, the world is beautiful and I wish to visit all of it some day in the future.

When I was yay big - in Grade 1 I started to play the drums and that was really the only reason why I came to school and I mean I loved it, well I really enjoyed playing loud. As I got into Grade 4 I then took up singing and I can tell you now, I was so shocking that I could make a black cat bald. I mean the whole singing thing was new for me. As I got older, I was getting better with my drums and singing and then I combined both of those skills into one. You don’t find many people who can play the drums and sing and still be pretty good at it too.

My music journey started when I was younger and my parents mainly listened to older hits like Guns ‘N’ Roses and The Police. I however mainly listen to whatever was on the radio, but as I hit high school I stated to listen to older songs more. That means I started to make myself drum to these songs and I started to sing and enjoy what I was doing and I’m glad I stuck to my guns and kept on going, otherwise I wouldn’t have much to do at school or even at home.

So I’m a part of this band called the Dusty Records and it’s amazing. The band is fun and inviting, and we are always open to input that will allow us to improve on our work.
